Production Technology / Form

Sandwich panel / rectangular with flat roof

Method for the manufacture of sandwich panels

Bonding - under pressure using Henkel Adhesive Technologies adhesives in a heated mechanical press with a pressure force of 200 kPa. Application of glue to glued materials is automated. Panel cutting (end processing, drilling of technological holes, cutting openings and hatches) is done by a robot with a processing error of not more than 0.00005 / 1 m. All work is performed on European-made equipment. The supporting elements are sandwich panels.

Type of sandwich panel

Unreinforced.

External lining

On the sides, back wall (including doors) - fiberglass-reinforced plastic 1.5 mm thick in white with a UV filter. Optional plastic with a thickness of 2.7 mm. The use of such fiberglass reduces panel ply from 5 to 3 without compromising the strength characteristics

On the roof - plastic, 1.5 mm thick, white with a UV filter.

The white color of the roof can significantly reduce the temperature inside the van in sunny weather.

On the floor - plastic 1 mm thick.

Plastic protects the floor from the damaging effects of aggressive substances used in road processing.

Inner lining

Fiberglass reinforced plastic 1.5 mm thick in white. Optional shockproof plastic with a thickness of 1.4 mm with a triple content of fiberglass is used.

The use of such fiberglass reduces the panel ply from 5 to 3 without compromising the strength characteristics.

Insulation

Expanded polystyrene of the PSB-S-25 brand according to GOST 15588-85.

Floor covering

Transport linoleum (autoline)

Composition of sandwich panels

  • Sides, roof, doors: facing, 4 mm plywood, insulation, 4 mm plywood, inner lining.
  • Front wall: facing, plywood 4 mm, insulation, plywood 4 mm, inner lining.
  • Floor: facing, plywood (thickness varies from 9 to 18 mm and depends on the GP TC of the vehicle), insulation, plywood (thickness - 18 mm), flooring.

External framing (harness)

The galvanized angle with a bevelled angle of 45 ° with a polymer powder coating to the color of the outer lining of the van. Fastening the harness - using glue (glue is prepared and applied automatically) and rivets.

Inner frame

Aluminium corner with anodized coating.

Base (subframe)

Welded construction is made of of 09G2S steel, and consisits of two longitudinal side members and transverse channels. The connection of the side members and transverse channels is strengthened by jibs. The subframe is coated with a gray polymer powder composition.

The composition undergoes polymerization at a temperature of at least 180 ° C, providing a strong and durable coating. Before coating with the composition, the steel is shot-blasted and chemically cleaned.

The fastening of the van floor to the subframe excludes end-to-end connections (fastening is made to the power cross-members of the floor).

This attachment method improves the thermal insulation of the van.

Mounting on the chassis

It is carried out by step-ladders (or brackets) and metal cheeks with bolted joints preventing lateral displacement of the van. The front mountings of the side members of the van and the chassis side members are not carried out rigidly (using damping elements).

Step-ladders are galvanized.

The damping elements compensate for the effects of the torques arising in the hull area of the chassis frame, thereby reducing the stress concentration in the load-bearing parts of the van

Floor amplifiers

In the thickness of the floor insulation, crossbars of plywood and steel are installed, spaced 600 mm apart.

Doors

Lateral single-wing swing with the width of 720 mm, an opening angle of 180 °, with fixation in the open position.

Rear single- wing swing with the width of 720 mm with an opening angle of 180 °, with fixation in the open position.

Rubber door seal

2-petal acc.to GOST 7338-90.

The petals are placed in an aluminum profile, allowing them to be replaced as they wear out indiscriminately. The thermal gap installed in the aluminum profile eliminates freezing of the door perimeter.

Doorway lining

Anodized aluminum corner. Above the openings, drainage visors are installed.

Accessories

The crossbar lock having 2 individually controlled crossbars (management of crossbars from the outside is carried out by a key, from the inside - by means of handles).

Access to the van

Under the side door there is a retractable steel ladder with a polymer powder coating of gray color.

Under the back door there is a stationary vertical steel staircase with a polymer powder coating of gray color.

The material of the steps is perforated or corrugated steel (at the discretion of the manufacturer).
The polymer-powder composition undergoes polymerization at a temperature of 180 ° C, providing a strong and durable coating. Before coating with the composition, the steel is shot-blasted and chemically cleaned.

There are grab bars on the inside of the doorways.

Windows

Glued in frameless trapezoidal single glass

The trapezoidal shape of the windows changes to rectangular, if the shape of the van is kung.

For operation at ambient temperature from -50 ° С to + 50 ° С, single double-glazed windows are installed.

Glasses meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles (TRSWH), UNECE Regulation No. 43 (GOST 5727-88).

Seats

With various options for upholstery, height and backrest. Characterized by the presence or absence of an armrest, folding table, pocket for things, a mechanism for adjusting the backrest. With a 2 or 3 point safety belt.

The layout of the cabin of the shift bus depends on the seat model you have chosen.

The seat-belt attachment points for the passenger seats withstand the normative load in accordance with the certification tests in clause 3.2 of Appendix 2 of the TRSWH (UNECE Regulation No. 14). There is a certificate of conformity.

Seat belts (two-point or three-point) meet the requirements of paragraph 3.3 of Annex 2 of the TRBCS (UNECE Regulation No. 16). There is a Certificate of Conformity.

Wiring

- is laid inside the sandwich panels, with a PVCAM wire with a cross-section of 0.75 mm (electrical wiring 220/380 V, if specified, is laid in the cable channels through the inner sheathing).

- Under the van wiring is laid in a protective corrugation, according to GOST 50827 - 95. The entry to the van is sealed with a polyurethane sealant.

Connection of the side light of the van is made from the side lights of the chassis through the relay, thus eliminating the overload of the vehicle’s standard electrical circuits. The wiring of the van is additionally protected by a fuse.

A distinctive feature of the PVAM wires is increased heat resistance and enhanced strength. They are used in aircraft and automotive industries.

Cable accessories: shielded connectors, adapters, relay and fuse blocks, adapters and switches for electrical wires - from the world's leading manufacturer of components for power and electronics - Tyco Electronics.

Lighting

Internal (from the vehicle’s power supply, 24 V): overhead lamp with 24V incandescent lamp. The switch is near the side door inside the van.

External (from the vehicle’s power supply, 24 V): LED marker lights in Poland (white and red lights project no more than 15 mm behind the van), respectively. GOST 8769-75, in quantity according to the requirements of TRSWH (UNECE Regulation No. 48).

Heating

Autonomous air heater Planar, Webaso, Eberspächer or another.

The heater power is selected based on data on the heat transfer coefficient of the shift bus van and climatic conditions of use

Emergency ventilation hatches

Steel with fixation in the open position.

The number of emergency ventilation hatches is regulated by UNECE Regulations No. 36 and 52

Splashers and mudguards

If not provided in the chassis, then:

  • plastic splashers with rubber mudguards - for road vehicles;
  • plastic splashers without mudguards for vehicles with increased cross-country mobility.

If the devices are not provided in the configuration of the chassis, then:

  • steel horizontal power profiles (the profile of the rear protective device is galvanized) on steel brackets with a polymer-powder coating of gray color - for highway vehicles. It is not installed on vehicles with a gross weight of not more than 3.5 tons, guided by UNECE Regulations No. 73 and 58;
