PROMAVTO Plant is one of the largest and most equipped manufacturers of special vehicles in Russia and the CIS countries. Over the 20 years of work, we have produced more than 22,000 vans of various purposes for enterprises in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, African republics, Cuba.

Over 20 years of work,
more than 22,000 vans for various purposes have been produced:

shift buses;
mobile workshops;
mobile laboratories;
operational and service vehicles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergencies;
cars according to individual technical specifications.

Technologies and equipment

An important task of the company is to achieve European standards of product quality, so we diligently adopt foreign experience and use foreign equipment - we use the Italian line for pouring polyurethane into sandwich panels, a Japanese welding robot, a German plasma cutter, Turkish bending and cutting machines, and English filling units glue on a sandwich panel and a profile of a kung binding.

Four principles of our work

1. Create good quality vans

We make vans honestly. That is why we boldly give a guarantee for a period of two years for all special vehicles released from the walls of the plant. In addition, we annually expand the network of service centers in the country, which currently includes: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny. Additionally, in 2013, a mobile technical support service began to work at the enterprise to provide service support services and equipment maintenance where there is no service center.

2. Improve their quality using the latest technology and materials

We use only original certified components and materials: high-quality extruded RAVATHERM ™ XPS polystyrene foam and Bayer polyurethane foam, Spanish MRF fittings, first-class plastic for the outer lining of the van. Quality control in the manufacture of mobile workshops is ensured by the quality management system implemented at the plant, certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 (GOST ISO 9001-2011), lean manufacturing and a system for delivering components from the warehouse to the production sites just-in-time.

3. We earn money and help our partners to do it

We always keep our promises and do not fail partners. Therefore, they consider us one of the best factories in Russia for the production of special vans. Our clients include such large and respected companies as GAZPROM, Transneft, Lukoil, Russian Railways, Rosseti, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
