For transportation and use of equipment by repair crews at accident sites and preventive repairs in a temperate climate at ambient temperature:

from -45 ° С to + 40 ° С - with a heater insulation thickness of 50 mm;
from -50 ° С to + 50 ° С - with a heater insulation thickness of 80 mm.

Method for the manufacture of sandwich panels
Gluing - under pressure using Henkel Adhesive Technologies adhesives in a heated mechanical press with a pressure force of 200 kPa. Application of glue to glued materials is automated. Panel cutting (end processing, drilling of technological holes, cutting openings and hatches) - by a robot with a processing error of not more than 0.00005 / 1 m. All work is performed on European-made equipment. The supporting elements are sandwich panels

Structure
Boards, roof, doors: facing, insulation, inner lining.
Front wall: cladding, insulation, inner lining.
Floor: cladding, plywood (thickness varies from 9 to 18 mm and depends on GP TS), insulation, plywood (thickness varies from 18 to 27 mm and depends on GP TS), flooring.

External lining
On the roof, sides, back wall (including doors) - galvanized steel sheets connected among themselves, according to GOST R 52146-2003, with a white powder-coated polymer. Sheet thickness - 0.5 mm. Joining of sheets - recumbent fold using polyurethane sealant, according to GOST 25621-83
The white color of the roof can significantly reduce the temperature inside the van in sunny weather.

On the floor there are sheets of galvanized steel connected to each other, according to GOST 19904-74. Sheet thickness - 0.5 mm. Joining of sheets - recumbent fold using polyurethane sealant, according to GOST 25621-83.
Galvanized steel protects the floor from the damaging effects of aggressive substances used in road processing.

Inner lining
Fiberglass reinforced plastic 1.5 mm thick in white. Optional shockproof plastic with a thickness of 1.4 mm with a triple content of fiberglass is used. The use of such fiberglass reduces panel ply from 5 to 3 without compromising the strength characteristics

Insulation
Styrofoam Dow extruded polystyrene (made in the USA).

External framing
aluminum corner with beveled at 45 ° angle, with anodized coating. Fastening the harness - using glue (glue is prepared and applied automatically) and rivets.

Inner framing
Aluminium corner with anodized coating.

Subframe
Welded construction 09Г2С, consisting of two longitudinal spars (channels), according to. GOST 11474-93, and transverse crossbeams (profile of rectangular cross section), according to GOST 8545-68. The connection of the side members and transverse beams is reinforced by jibs from a profile pipe, according to GOST 8545-68. The subframe is coated with a gray polymer powder composition.
The composition undergoes polymerization at a temperature of 180 ° C, providing a strong and durable coating. Before coating with the composition, the steel is shot-blasted and chemically cleaned.

The fastening of the van floor to the subframe excludes end-to-end connections (the fastening is made to the power floor cross members).
This mounting method improves the thermal insulation of the van.

Chassis mount
It is carried out by step-ladders and metal cheeks with bolted joints preventing lateral displacement of the van. The front mounting of the side members of the van and the chassis side members is not carried out rigidly (using damping elements).

Step-ladders are galvanized.
The damping elements compensate for the effects of torques arising in the hull area of ​​the chassis frame, thereby reducing the stress concentration in the load-bearing parts of the van.

Doors

Lateral single-wing swing with the width of 720 mm with an opening angle of 180 °, with fixation in the open position.

Facing of doorways

Lateral - anodized aluminum corner. A drainage visor is installed above the opening.

Sealant

Lateral - 2-petal, according to GOST 7338-90.

Lateral - crossbar lock having 2 individually controlled crossbars (the crossbars are controlled by the key from the outside, by the handles from the inside)

Rear - stainless rod locks with a handle that opens by pressing, made in Spain, 2 pcs.

Wiring
Inside the sandwich panels, it is laid with a PVAM wire with a cross-section of 0.75 mm (electrical wiring 220 / 380V, if specified, is laid in cable channels through the inner sheathing). Under the van wiring is laid in a protective corrugation, according to GOST 50827 - 95. The entry to the van is sealed with a polyurethane sealant. Connection of the side light of the van is made from the side lights of the chassis through the relay, thus eliminating the overload of the vehicle’s standard electrical circuits. The wiring of the van is additionally protected by a fuse.

A distinctive feature of the PVAM wires is increased heat resistance and enhanced strength. They are used in aircraft and automotive industries.

Lighting
External (from the vehicle’s mains power supply, 24 V): LED marker lights made in Poland (white and red lights project no more than 15 mm behind the van), according to GOST 8769-75, in quantity according to the requirements of TRSWH (UNECE rule No. 48)

Internal (from the vehicle’s power supply, 24 V): overhead lamp with 24V incandescent lamp. The switch - near the side door inside the van

Marking
Nameplate PROMAVTO, 2 pcs.

Reflective marking
In accordance with the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 48-03 for vehicles of category N2 with a gross weight of more than 7.5 tons, marking of the van with reflective tape is included.

Windows
In a rubber seal with single a double-glazed car windows:

  • on the left side of the van - folding (inside 15 °) opening size is 800x570 mm - 1 pc.,
  • on the starboard side of the van: a dead one with an opening size of 800x570 mm - 1 pc., in a side door - dead one with an opening size of 325x570 mm - 1 pc.

Side and back protective devices
If the devices are not provided in the configuration of the chassis, then:
steel horizontal power profiles (the profile of the rear protective device is galvanized) on steel brackets with a polymer powder coating of gray color are installed.
They are not installed on vehicles with a gross weight of not more than 3.5 tons, guided by UNECE Regulations No. 73 and 58.

Access to the van
Under the side and rear doors there is a retractable steel staircase with a powder-coated polymer gray color.
The material of the steps is perforated or corrugated steel (at the discretion of the manufacturer).
The polymer-powder composition undergoes polymerization at a temperature of 180 ° C, providing a strong and durable coating. Before coating with the composition, the steel is shot-blasted and chemically cleaned.
There are handles on the rear doorway and on the side door, and there is a handrail on the inside of the side door opening.

  • safety of ventilation and heating in the passenger compartment (if any), meets the requirements of clause 6 of Appendix 3 of the TRSWH.

Additional options

Color scheme
Drawing a colorographic scheme on a vehicle van and a cabin is in accordance with the rules of registration of the Customer's corporate transport.

Type of sandwich panel
Replacement of unreinforced sandwich panels with reinforced ones (ASP reinforcement technology consists in the fact that with a step of 600 mm in the side panels there are cross-pieces of plywood 18 mm thick, between which heat-insulating material is placed)

Structure
Replacement of 5-layer sandwich panels with 3-layer ones when using 2.7 mm thick plastic on the outside and 1.4 mm thick impact-resistant plastic on the inside.

External lining of a van
Changing the color of the outer lining from white to any one marked in the RAL.

Replacement of flooring with:

  • transport plywood (with anti-slip notch) 18 mm thick;

Side door

Access to the van
Replacement of a retractable ladder with:

Installation of partitions dividing the van into several compartments.
